The 12:00 meeting was held in X150.
Six members were in attendance: Ann Blackman, Carmen McCabe, Angela Corray,
Samantha Fiscella, Sreederi Kota, Karina Pavlova.
Welcome to Angela Corray. She is a Parkland police officer who is studying computer forensics.
Shree, Karina, Samantha, Maria, Kasey, and Lisa attended the U of I meeting on September 17. WCS shared their high school presentation.
WCSIT brochures have been printed and they look great. Many thanks to Kasey for her creative talents. These brochures may be picked up in my office and used to tell others about WCSIT. Invite your friends and classmates to our club!

The Plastic Pak tour is temporarily delayed.

Games 4 Girls (G4G) brochures are available. This is the contest where college aged women create computer games for middle school or high school girls. Parkland set the bar last year winning first and second place as well as honorable mention. All women in CSIT should know about this opportunity. Please help spread the information. You may pick up brochures in Ann’s office (B135) or from Samantha Fiscella in B116. Ann has been asked to find out specific rules of eligibility for G4G.
Technical Ambassador’s Competition brochures are also available. This is a contest for high school girls to use computer technology to help a non-profit organization. These brochures may also be picked up in Ann’s office or in B116.
Karina has proposed a set of points that may be earned by participating indifferent club events. This information will be sent soon for your review. We will vote on it in our next meeting.

1. Purchase pop This can be done any time before the day of the sale. All expenses are reimbursed.
2. Fill coolers with pop and ice. This needs to be done the morning of the pizza sale. It can be done any time between 8:00 am and 10:00 am.
3. Create price list.
4. Table set up. This is done around 10:15 on the day of the sale.
5. Promoters. EVERYONE can let their morning classes know about the sale. Wear your WCSIT t-shirts on pizza sale days.
6. Pizza sellers. (This is fun.) You can work the entire time or for as long
as you have available.
Remember: Many hands make for light work. Please don’t let the responsibility
of fund-raising fall on a few members. Help any way that you can.
