The 12:00 meeting was held in X150.
Four were in attendance: Marlene Long, Julie Anderson, Waylena McCully, and Kasey Kerr.
 

 
Reminder: Speakers from Volition will be here on Wednesday, Jan. 26th at 5:00pm in B113. There will also be some socializing time between 4:45 and 5:00.

Games 4 Girls Competition: Anyone interested in getting involved should attend an initial meeting and brainstorming session this Saturday, January 29th from 10:00am until 2:00pm. If there is enough interest, we may have more than one team. Babysitting will be made available. Call Ann Blackman (351-2414) to let her know how many children and what ages. Meeting location TBA, Marlene will send out an email.

Kudos and Congrats to Kasey Kerr! Our website looks fantastic and Kasey has passed part 2 of her A+ certification.

Final voting took place at today's meeting for the position of Vice President. Winner to be announced soon.

We've still received no nominations for the position of co-secretary. [Note from Waylena: Come on, you know you want to! :) Barring emergencies, there are only three dates where I cannot be present to take notes this semester. 2/28, 4/14, and 5/15.]

We need to figure out what we want to do with the proceeds of our fundraising activities. Bring your ideas to the 1/31 meeting for discussion. If you can't make it, share your ideas with Marlene (mlong@stu.parkland.edu).

Ideas are also needed for the display case. We'll have the college center display case for two weeks starting Monday, Jan 31st. This should look really good behind the pizza sales. If you have some ideas or would just like to help decorate, contact Marlene.

HELP WANTED: For the pizza sale Monday, Jan 31st. A few are signed up, but we can use a few more. Hours are from 10-2. If you can help out for any stretch within that block, let Marlene know. Help is also needed on the afternoon of Friday, Jan 28th to set up coolers for the Monday sale. Again, drop Marlene a line if you can help out.

Also wanted are ideas for links under the heading of Women's Resources on our website.
